Professional recruitment service helps make the right decisions
A named recruitment consultant is in charge of the recruitment process from start to finish, helping the customer to uphold a positive employer and company image during the entire process. The service includes:
- Defining the job profile and preparing the job advertisement
- Visibility in the following Finnish employment portals: Naukri, Monster,LinkedIn and, if needed, social media channels (other channels as requested by the customer will be charged separately)
- Handling the applications and replying to information requests
- Telephone interviews, video interviews, personal interviews
- Checking references
- Presenting the candidates to the customer (CV, interview report, video)
- Booking follow-up interviews for the customer
- Conducting interviews together with the customer when needed
- Personal assessments for final-stage candidates when needed (priced separately) After the customer has made its decision, the employee starts working at the organisation as specified in the contract.

RPO facilitates modern recruitment process and tools without continuing investments.
- The customer’s recruitment process can be outsourced to SAS India HR completely or partially.
- The process is always tailored to support those stages of the recruitment process that remain the customer’s responsibility.
- Typically, the outsourced stages include those that take the most time, such as general administration, searching for talent, receiving and screening applications,checking references and presenting candidates. The final decision always lieswith the customer.
- The service is suitable for customers whose annual recruitment volume
exceeds 30 recruitments. - The price includes a monthly service charge and a recruitment fee.

Professional Recruitment

end result: finding Just the Right Candidate. - Recruitment is mainly carried out by using job advertisements or hybrid searches. Hybrid searches combine job ads and headhunting. To reach the right audience, we can also turn to traditional headhunting.
- We make a thorough baseline analysis to identify the right target group and to select the right channels. Candidates found through the different channels are screened, contacted and interviewed. The best and most suitable candidates are presented to the customer.
- When necessary, we include personal assessment as part of the process.
- The service can be tailored to expert, professional and different types of management recruitment.

RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing
- Our Executive Search reaches people who could not be found by other means (so called hidden talent).
- In headhunting, our aim is to contact the best candidates for the open position.
- Typically, these persons are working in a similar position for a competitor or in a position/company with similar requirements.
- The customer is always informed that the persons contacted during the
headhunting process may refuse to continue the discussion. In such case, it may sometimes be necessary to identify additional candidates. This often creates a need to change, for example, the salary level and requirements set for the candidate. It is therefore important to pay particular attention to the beginning of the recruitment process and to the requirements set for the candidates. - In headhunting, the candidates are sourced from public records, internal databases, our own network, etc.
- Headhunting can be boosted by combining it with a public recruitment campaign methods (web, social media, print). This so-called hybrid searchhas turned out to be an effective and versatile method to be used alongside traditional headhunting.
- The hybrid search is a public campaign in which the set of candidates acquired through job advertisements is strengthened and diversified with small-scale, carefully defined headhunting.
- The hybrid search is not suited for high-profile recruitment where it’s unlikely to find suitable candidates through public advertising.

RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing
- Strengthens the customer’s image and shows that the customer considers recruitment important.
- If desired, provides good candidates from outside the most obvious target groups, for example, from other industries.
In-House Services
- The customer may also consult our experienced HR experts using the in-house model. The in-house expert’s services are integrated into the recruitment and other HR services provided to the customer in a flexible manner. They are always based on exact needs.
- The in-house service includes the following stages:
1. Detailed task description and competence specification.
2. The in-house consultant offered by StaffPoint is presented to the customer for approval.
3. The work is done using the customer’s systems and often at the customer’s
premises as part of the customer’s team.
4. The in-house consultant can be hired for an ongoing need, for part of the part of the year or for a few days a week, invoiced monthly.
5. The service is scalable and service options can be added later on.
